Aristocrat Tiaras- Terms and Conditions

We are proud of our quality and our stock and try to describe each item as fully as possible with up to a dozen photographs to help you to make an informed decision before your purchase. We aim for 100% satisfaction amongst our customers. We want you to come back and encourage your friends to buy from us.

If you need any assistance with any item or have any problems with anything purchased from Aristocrat Tiaras, we would be happy to help. Please use the contact form on the website as a first point of contact.

Product variations:
Due to variations in computer monitors and product photography, colours shown on the screen may not match the colour of the item exactly. Each photograph on the website is an original image of the actual product to be purchased. All tiaras, necklaces and earrings are created entirely from clear Swarovski crystal beads, clear Swarovski AB coated crystal beads and clear Japanese glass seed beads unless otherwise specified. Colours that may appear in the images are a result of light refraction during the photographic process.

Stock:
Each item is hand-crafted and we generally do not keep more than one of each item in stock. As the products are made in the UK, it might take a few days to make a replacement should an item be out of stock at any particular time. You will be informed of this and the expected length of the delay on the product, basket and checkout pages.

If you would like to purchase more than one item of a particular model, please contact us and we'll make as many similar items as you need. We might even be able to throw in a discount!

Personalisation:
Can't see what you want on our website, but you like what we have to offer? Everything is hand-crafted so please get in touch with us and we'll create a tiara, earrings or necklace that is exactly what you are looking for. We don't charge extra for this service so the price will be close to a similar item on the website. Personalised items are not returnable unless faulty.

Purchases:
Items placed into your basket will be reserved for you for 60 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase. An item that has been in a basket for 60 minutes will be treated as abandoned and will be removed automatically and returned to the publicly available stock.

Hygiene:
We recommend that personal items such as earrings should be cleaned before use to eliminate the slight possibility of contamination that may be picked up in manufacture, storage, packaging or transit. Aristocrat Tiaras will accept no responsibility for any problem arising from the buyer not following this instruction.

Prices:
Prices (and discounted prices) for individual items are valid as displayed on the site and while in the basket (once an item is in your basket we will not change the price to you). Aristocrat Tiaras may change the prices or remove any discount on any publicly available item at any time. The total price for items in your basket is shown on the "View Basket" page of the site.

Items that are not tiaras may have a discount offered if the item is purchased with a tiara. For the discount to be applied, a tiara must be in the basket and purchased at the time the non-tiara item is paid for. Where offered, "With Tiara Discount" prices are shown on the item description and are automatically calculated in the basket.

Payment:
Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received through our PayPal checkout.

Just like a physical shop, we don't require you to register to buy from this site. Your purchases will be shipped to the address that is provided to us by PayPal following your payment.

We use PayPal for our payment system as PayPal will not give us any of your bank or card details - so we don't have to worry about loosing them or someone stealing them from us!

Delivery:
We do not charge delivery to UK destinations on anything bought on this website. All tiaras are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery other items are sent via Royal Mail First Class signed for. All items must be signed for upon receipt.

You can choose a preferred delivery day on the "View Basket" page of this site. Once an item moves into the Royal Mail handling system, we have no further control and cannot offer any form of compensation if an item is not delivered on a particular day.

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will usually be shipped the day the order is received unless requested otherwise. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be shipped on the first available weekday. Any exceptions to this will be shown on the "View Basket" page and before checkout.

All items sold by Aristocrat Tiaras are new and unused. In line with our environmental policy, we reserve the right to post the items using recycled postal packaging.

Overseas buyers:
Aristocrat Tiaras ships to a number of overseas destinations. Potential buyers outside Britain must select the destination country from the dropdown on the checkout / trolley page. These are the only countries we currently ship to. An additional charge to cover overseas postage and insurance will be added to your total. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items sold to buyers outside Great Britain unless the item is deemed to be faulty at point of shipment.

Overseas deliveries will be sent via an air mail or air courier service that requires a signature upon receipt. We have no control over postal system transit times so please allow up to 30 days for overseas delivery.

Any taxes charged, duties or other expenses incurred in receiving an item from Great Britain in an overseas location are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items that are shipped outside Great Britain will be declared at the full retail value for customs purposes.

Aristocrat Tiaras reserves the right to not ship any item outside of Great Britain.

Any payment made by a potential buyer from a country not in the list on the checkout / trolley page will be automatically cancelled and the sale will be void. To cover our costs, any payment made in such cases payment will be refunded less a 3% handling fee.

The design of all items sold through the Aristocrat Tiaras website are the intellectual property of the designers and/or copyright holders and no design may be reproduced without legal permission from the copyright holder. All images and text on the Aristocrat Tiaras website are copyright and may not be downloaded, saved, modified or otherwise reproduced without express permission from the management of Aristocrat Tiaras.

Cookies:
We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. Cookies we set do not identify you personally and are not passed to a 3rd party for any reason. As this website cannot function effectively without the use of cookies, continued use of the website implies your acceptance of this policy.

Legal Jurisdiction:
Aristocrat Tiaras Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
