Return Policy

We at Aristocrat Tiaras are proud of the products that we sell and are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first.

Standard product returns:
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000), a buyer who makes a purchase for delivery to Britain may return any standard item (except for non-returnable items below) within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can issue you with a returns number to ensure your refund is swiftly processed. Please quote your invoice number in any communication.

If you wish to return an item, you must send it back to us in its original condition within 14 working days for a full refund. We will refund the amount you paid for the item.

It is the buyer's legal responsibility to take reasonable care of the item they wish to return.

The buyer is responsible to pay the cost of returning any item to Aristocrat Tiaras.

Any returned item must be sent by the same postal service as it was originaly sent to the buyer (Special Delivery for Tiaras and First Class signed for other items).

Items shipped outside Britain are not returnable.

Non-returnable items:
Some items, generally tiaras and necklaces, have a tamper-proof label attached to protect our customers and the business from fraudulent returns of items that have been worn for a wedding or photo-shoot then returned as unwanted. We do not accept the return of any item from which a tamper-proof label has been removed.

Once the label has been removed, we consider it to have been used for the purpose for which it was purchased and it is therefore not returnable.

Items shipped outside Britain are not returnable.

Faulty product returns:
Aristocrat Tiaras will bear the cost of returning an item that appears to have been defective at the point of shipping. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can issue you with a returns number to ensure your refund or replacement is swiftly processed. The buyer must use the shipping method specified in the return details. Full details will be given to the buyer once a return request is approved.

Aristocrat Tiaras will, at the buyers request, either issue a replacement item (if stock is available) or refund the amount you paid for the item, plus your return postage.

Personalized product returns:
Personalized products are generally not returnable unless they are faulty. If you have a problem with a personalized item, please get in touch with us and we will see what we can do to rectify the situation.

Overseas returns:
We do not accept returns for items shipped outside Great Britain.

The Aristocrat Tiaras return policy does not in anyway affect your Statutory Rights in Great Britain.

Legal jurisdiction:
Aristocrat Tiaras Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes
